Survey Design And Supervision Of Solarized Water Schemes Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of consultancy services for survey and feasibility study, design or design review, and supervision of solarization of drinking water supply schemes under ADP No. 251268. Consultancy procurement will use Quality and Cost Based Selection through the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure. Interested consultants, firms and companies must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with relevant codes specified in the RFP, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue. Technical and Financial Proposals must be prepared according to the RFP and submitted through EPADS by 05 October 2026 at 11:00 hours. Technical Proposals will be downloaded from EPADS at or after 11:30 hours and evaluated according to the RFP criteria. Consultants must upload a bid declaration certificate undertaking to provide performance security or guarantee equal to 10% of the consultancy bid amount upon award, in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan. Financial Proposals of technically unqualified consultants will not be opened, while the financial opening date will be communicated after technical evaluation. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21 September 2026 at 11:00 hours at the office of the Chief Engineer Centre, Public Health Engineering Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Plot 40, Sector B-II, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Clarifications may be submitted through EPADS and incomplete or conditional proposals will not be entertained. The consultancy covers water supply survey, feasibility study, solarization design, design review, engineering supervision and project implementation support for drinking water supply schemes.
