Bids are invited through EPADS under the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. Bid solicitation documents include bidding and contract data, BOQ, basic eligibility criteria, technical and financial bid evaluation criteria and qualifying criteria. Bidders must upload bids through EPADS before the deadline and physically submit original bid securities and additional securities, in the form of call deposit receipts in favour of the procuring entity, before the deadline. Bids will be opened on 08 October 2026 at 11:30 hours following submission at 11:00 hours. Bids will be evaluated according to the stated criteria and uploaded content must be readable. Bidders must comply with KP-PPRA notifications and maintain active KPRA registration. Incomplete or conditional bids and bids containing unattested cutting, overwriting or disfiguring will be non-responsive. The procurement covers solar tube wells, pressure pumps, drinking water supply schemes, DWSS and small scale water supply works.
