Execution of the Rokhana Qabail Integrated Development Package for District Khyber under ADP 261000 (2026-2027), based on MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual, comprising pavement of streets at Sepah, Bara, District Khyber - estimated cost Rs. 23.05 million with bid security of Rs. 461,000 and tender documentation fee of Rs. 6,915; pavement of streets at Malik Din Khel, Bara, District Khyber - estimated cost Rs. 19.5 million with bid security of Rs. 390,000 and tender documentation fee of Rs. 5,850; pavement of streets at Shin Qamer and Upper Bara, District Khyber - estimated cost Rs. 19 million with bid security of Rs. 380,000 and tender documentation fee of Rs. 5,700; pavement of streets at Mushtraqa Aka Khel, Bara, District Khyber - estimated cost Rs. 20 million with bid security of Rs. 400,000 and tender documentation fee of Rs. 6,000; pavement of streets at Aka Khel, Bara, District Khyber - estimated cost Rs. 20.5 million with bid security of Rs. 410,000 and tender documentation fee of Rs. 6,150; pavement of streets at Shalober, Bara, District Khyber - estimated cost Rs. 20 million with bid security of Rs. 400,000 and tender documentation fee of Rs. 6,000; and pavement of streets at Kamer Khel, Bara, District Khyber - estimated cost Rs. 20.5 million with bid security of Rs. 410,000 and tender documentation fee of Rs. 6,150. Bids are invited from eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, enlisted with Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for financial year 2026-27, and registered with KPRA. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure through EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and original bid documents must also be submitted through registered courier service in sealed envelopes. The bids are to be opened at 02:00 PM on the scheduled opening date. Required documents include original 2% earnest money call deposit, LCB enlistment, PEC registration, CNIC, KPRA registration, signed BOQ, active NTN Income Tax Certificate and other specified documents. The tender will be processed under the above/below system based on MRS-2025. Bidders quoting up to 10% below the engineer estimate must provide 2% bid security, while bids more than 10% below and up to 20% below require an additional 8% security. A performance security or prescribed bank guarantee is required within 28 days of issuance of the LOA. Pavement works, street improvement, civil construction, road works, municipal development and integrated development works are covered by the procurement.
