National Events Services Goods Framework Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of services and goods and hiring of services for national celebrations, sports events, cultural events, religious events and other official activities during financial year 2026-27 through a framework contract. Lot 1 covers tentage, catering, photography and related services for national celebrations, exhibitions, fairs and religious events, with estimated cost of Rs.3.0 million and bid security of Rs.150,000/-. Lot 2 covers illumination of buildings and sound systems for national celebrations, exhibitions, fairs and religious events, with estimated cost of Rs.3.0 million and bid security of Rs.150,000/-. Lot 3 covers purchase of multiple goods for national celebrations, religious events and sports, with estimated cost of Rs.3.7 million and bid security of Rs.185,000/-. Bids follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through e-PADS, with bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Quantities are tentative and call-off supply orders may be placed during the framework contract period without any guaranteed minimum quantity.
