Procurement Of Rotary Evaporator Laboratory Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of a Rotary Evaporator, Chiller and Water Circulating Vacuum Pump under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms, companies, general order suppliers and manufacturers engaged in trading must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, hold a Professional Tax certificate for FY 2026-2027 and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated cost is Rs.1,132,092/- and bid security is 2% amounting to Rs.22,642/-. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and no physical financial instrument is accepted. Bidders must quote rates for every item and the lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on the cumulative quoted rate of the complete lot. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 8 October 2026.
