Procurement of plumbing material for University of Narowal under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. The estimated price is Rs.1,089,486/- and bid security is 2% amounting to Rs.21,790/-. Technical and financial bids must be signed and stamped and submitted online through the E-Procurement System by 13 October 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened at 01:00 PM the same day. Manual bids are not accepted. The bidder must submit 2% bid security online and an original Rs.100/- E-Stamp affidavit confirming that the company has never been blacklisted. Bid validity is 120 days.
