Rehabilitation Hospital Floor Electrical Panel Works Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation of the first floor and installation of air conditioners and a main electrical panel at Social Security Hospital, Manga, Raiwind Road, Lahore. The estimated cost is Rs.111.41 million and bid security is Rs.2,228,200/-. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant Category C-5 or above, hold valid PRA and NTN certificates, and have deposited social security contributions regularly for the last six months with supporting social security deduction documentation. The tender shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% must be submitted electronically through the prescribed system and physical financial instruments are not accepted. Bids close on 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM the same day. The time limit is six months.
