Fabrication Installation Hydraulic Dumper Bodies Tender Notice
Description
Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of hydraulic mani dumper bodies for Landikotal requirements using chassis provided by the procuring entity. The contractor shall complete fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, painting and delivery in fully operational condition and provide a minimum one-year defect liability or warranty period from successful commissioning, together with operational training for procuring entity staff. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted through E-PADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with scanned bid security uploaded and original call deposit submitted with bid documents. Eligible bidders must have active NTN, GST, renewed PFC registration, Local Council Board enlistment, active KPRA and FBR status, and PEC specialization codes ME05 and ME06(i). Bid security is 2% of the bid amount and performance security is 10% of contract price. The work scope may increase or decrease according to requirements and non-BOQ items shall be paid according to MRS 2025 or MRS-based analysis.
