Description
Supply of stationery items under a lot-wise framework rate contract for FY 2026-27 using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. The estimated value is Rs.30.00 million with bid security of Rs.60,000/-. Eligible bidders include duly registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers or general order suppliers, as applicable. Bids are to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement system with separate bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of the quoted lot. Bidders must quote all mandatory items within the selected lot, and prices must include delivery to Central Jail Hospital Rawalpindi, Special Prison Hospital and DHA Rawalpindi.
