Description
Digital data scanning and uploading of scanned documents to the PSO Server Portal. Sealed e-bids are invited through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities under the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must submit their tender document collection request through SAP Ariba on duly signed and stamped official letterhead. Bid documents are available from 23 September 2026 and submission closes on 8 October 2026 at 02:15 PM, with opening from 03:00 PM onwards. Commercial bid opening for technically qualified bidders will be communicated later. The procurement involves document scanning, digital data conversion, scanned document uploading and server portal services, with terminology relevant to digitization, document management, electronic records and digital data processing.
