Petty Purchase Limited Purchase Medicines Devices Tender Notice
Description
Petty purchase and limited purchase through quotation for medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items for the year 2026-27, renewable or extendable up to 30 September 2027. Manufacturers, sole agents, importers, foreign principals and distributors having a valid Drug Sales License on Form 11 are eligible to participate. Sealed bids are to be submitted in person by an authorized representative in tape or ring binding with proper page marking, signatures and stamps. Bid security of Rs.50,000/- in the form of CDR must accompany the technical bid. Closing and opening are scheduled for 14 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The procurement covers medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items, with relevant pharmaceutical procurement, medical consumables, distributors, importers and medical device supply terminology.
