Optical Fiber Telecommunication Cable Procurement Laying Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and laying of optical fiber and telecommunication cable for establishing a network between AFMCC, ECR and Fire Station at BKIAP, Peshawar. E-bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, holding valid NTN and GST and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding will be used under Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations and instructions. The fixed bid basis is FOR Logistics Center (North). Bid security of Rs.104,035/- is required in the form of Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority, with the original reaching the office before bid opening. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 and submit e-bids by 13 October 2026 at 11:00 Hours; bids will open the same day at 11:30 Hours. The procurement involves optical fiber cable, telecommunication cable, network establishment, cable laying and communications infrastructure for airport facilities.
