Description
Hiring of Human Resource Services for the Government Special Education Centre, Khairpur Tamewali under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible firms must be registered with PPRA, relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and PRA and must submit bids electronically through e-PADS. The estimated cost is PKR 1,200,000/- and bid security is 5% amounting to PKR 60,000/-. Bid security must be deposited electronically through 1Link or online bank transfer against a generated PSID, with the paid slip attached as proof, while manually submitted CDR or bid security is not accepted. Firms must provide HR services for the entire contract period and quote the monthly rate per HR staff inclusive of applicable taxes. The minimum government-prescribed salary rate for HR staff at educational institutions must be ensured. A 10% refundable performance guarantee is required from the successful bidder. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on 12 October 2026.
