Supply and commissioning of 2 new pitless weighbridges at Lakhodair Landfill Site. Joint venture or consortium participation is not allowed. National competitive bidding shall be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with least cost selection method. The estimated price is Rs.17,829,800 inclusive of taxes and bid security is Rs.356,596 representing 2% of estimated price, to be submitted online according to the e-procurement requirements. Completed, signed and stamped bids must be submitted electronically by the closing deadline, with technical bids opened online on the same day in the presence of prospective bidders or representatives.
