Annual framework contract for supply and illumination of government buildings on daily rental basis for District Council Multan during financial year 2026-27 up to 30 June 2027, based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 rates. The estimated cost is Rs.2,860,000 with bid security of Rs.143,000 representing 5%. Eligible firms, sole proprietors and companies registered with tax authorities may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and bid security paid through online banking. Approved DNITs and BOQs must be followed, with complete item-wise rates and financial schedules. The lowest bidder must furnish performance guarantee up to 10% within 15 days.
