Improvement And Upgradation Of Tourist Resort Tender Notice
Description
Improvement, revitalization and upgradation of TDCP Tourist Resort Kaller Kahar, District Chakwal, with an estimated cost of Rs.13.946 million and bid security of Rs.0.697 million representing 5% of the estimated cost. Bids are invited from well reputed firms registered on the Punjab Electronic Procurement System with valid active filer NTN and PRA status. Contractors must provide certificates of firm registration with PEC, FBR, valid CNIC, active NTN and PRA status together with a non-blacklisting certificate from PPRA and TDCP. Procurement shall use the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure through the Punjab Electronic Procurement System. Bids must be uploaded electronically with offered rates, signatures and stamps as required, while manual bids are not accepted. Bid security in the form of CDR or unconditional bank guarantee must be uploaded on the electronic procurement system. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic bids are liable to rejection. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the contractor and all bidding requirements must be fulfilled in accordance with the procurement regulations and bidding documents. Relevant construction terminology includes tourist resort improvement, resort revitalization, resort upgradation, civil works, rehabilitation and tourism infrastructure development.
