Description
Procurement of training material for DAE Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, IT and Instrumentation Technologies at the Government College of Technology (Boys), Gujranwala under the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure. The estimated amount is Rs.947,578 and bid security is Rs.47,379. Eligible bidders, firms and contractors registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax must be active taxpayers for NTN and GST or provide applicable exemption evidence. Bid rates must be stated in figures and words and bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A refundable bid security must be attached or uploaded with the electronic bid in favour of the Principal. Rates must include applicable taxes, transportation, freight and installation charges. The successful bidder must provide a 10% performance guarantee within seven days of award through DD, PO or CDR; failure to provide it may result in forfeiture of bid security and termination. The performance guarantee is refundable after expiry of the one-year defect liability period following successful completion, full delivery and installation and satisfactory committee report.
