Description
Purchase of laptops, photocopiers, printers and other equipment for capacity building of the Indus Waters Treaty and Regulation Wing for improved regulation in the wake of climate change, with an estimated price of Rs.7,074,084 inclusive of all taxes and bid security of Rs.353,705 representing 5% of the estimated price. Registered companies, sole proprietors and firms may participate through the Single Stage-Single Envelope Bidding Procedure using the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit bid security digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System Online Payment System and submit e-bids by the prescribed deadline. E-bids will be retrieved and opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Manual bids and manual CDR or bank guarantee bid securities are not accepted. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the bid amount through a PSID generated by the e-Procurement System. Conditional and incomplete bids are non-responsive, the financial proposal must include all applicable taxes, and bid validity is 90 days from the last date for submission. Payment is based on goods supplied and services rendered subject to availability of funds and satisfactory delivery verification.
