Construction Culverts Soling Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction of culverts and soling at Kot Sadaat, Chak No.307/EB, 541/EB, Sahuka, 317/EB, 321/EB and Saldera Uthar with an estimated cost of PKR 2,000,000. Eligible contractors and firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-27 wherever applicable and fulfill the eligibility requirements in the bidding documents. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required through a Digital Bank Guarantee issued and transmitted via SWIFT MT760, with PSID generated through the e-Procurement Portal; physical securities are not accepted. Financial bids must quote unit rates and item-wise amounts for every DNIT/BOQ entry and provide complete rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages; percentage-based, blank or incomplete bids are non-responsive. The successful bidder must furnish 5% performance security of the contract price through SWIFT MT760. Construction, culvert works, soling works, development works and civil works are the relevant procurement terminology for this scheme, with contractor eligibility, BOQ pricing, bid security, digital bank guarantee and electronic bidding requirements forming part of the procurement process.
