Description
Procurement of stationery items, computer stationery items and miscellaneous items for the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Muzaffargarh under a framework procurement of goods, items and services for FY 2026-27. The estimated cost of Lot No.1 is Rs.3,100,000 with bid security of Rs.155,000 representing 5% of the estimated price. Bidding follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with relevant registration and tax authorities and on the Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted by 16 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Successful bidder must furnish 5% performance guarantee.
