Daily Lp Medicines Disposables Lab X Ray Kits Tender Notice
Description
Provision of medicines, disposable items, laboratory items and X-ray kits on daily local purchase basis for FY 2026-27 at GMC Quaid Camp Dera Ghazi Khan. Sealed bids are invited from SECP and preferably DGDP registered reputed firms duly registered with the Ministry of Health, Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the active FBR list. Firms are required to indicate the maximum rebate or discount offered on retail medicine prices. Tender documents are available from the Medical Store against a non-refundable fee of Rs.5,000. Firms not currently registered with the specified institutions may also compete against earnest money equal to 10% of the total tender value. The bid must comprise one package containing separate technical and financial proposal envelopes in accordance with PPRA Rules 36(b). Bids must be deposited by 06 October 2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders representatives.
