Walk In Registration Local Purchase Medicines Disposables Tender Notice

Walk-in registration of bidders and firms for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis through the PITB online portal at Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital, Sialkot for 2026-27, renewable or extendable up to 30 September 2027. Pre-qualification for LPDD is intended for reputed retail pharmacists holding a Drug Sale License on Form 9 within a 10 km radius of the hospital, subject to applicable policy directions. The procurement covers multinational and imported medicines, national medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items. Bid security is Rs.50,000 in the form of CDR. Bids must be submitted by 14 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Sealed bids must be delivered personally by an authorized representative, properly tape or ring bound, page marked, sequentially arranged, signed and stamped. Bidding documents are available through PPRA and e-PADS.
