Description
Execution of solar energy works for the Government of Balochistan for 2026, comprising installation and fixing of solar street lights at Nath-Durug Road, District Musakhel under PSDP No.1854, TSE-2627091198143, with estimated cost Rs.40,000,000 and turnover requirement of Rs.28,000,000, and home-based solar systems at various villages in Kohlu under PSDP No.1863, TSE-2627091194213, with estimated cost Rs.60,000,000 and turnover requirement of Rs.42,000,000. Bid security is 2% for each work. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Balochistan EPPS system by 13 October 2026 at 12:00 PM for the solar street light work and by 14 October 2026 at 12:00 PM for the solar home system work, with opening at 1:00 PM on the respective dates. Eligibility requires active taxpayer status, active Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, relevant completed assignments, specified turnover, PEC C-5 or above registration and relevant solar specialized codes. The procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014.
