Description
Procurement of AR/VR hardware for the Magnificent Punjab Project (EGOV-19), comprising 4 VR headsets, 10 360 cameras and 1 AR headset. The estimated total cost is Rs.4,000,000 and bid security is Rs.80,000. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate technical and financial bids must be completed, signed and stamped and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 09 October 2026 at 11:00 hours; bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date. Income and Sales Tax registration certificates and other documents specified in the tender documents must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered.
