Description
Procurement of X-Ray Films for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Rawalpindi. Eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List may participate. The estimated cost is PKR 2,280,000 and the procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 15-10-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount must be paid online through PSID via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Detailed specifications, quantities, bid security amount, evaluation method and other requirements are contained in the bidding documents. Bid validity is 180 days from opening.
