Procurement of dissemination material for Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) Punjab 2024 comprising two lots. Lot 1 includes cloth bags for carrying reports, pencils with printing, notebooks or diaries with printing, boxes for pens with printing, key chains with printing and 32 GB USB devices, with 300 units of each item; estimated cost is PKR 1,735,500 and bid security is PKR 34,710. Lot 2 comprises four air conditioners with estimated cost PKR 1,000,000 and bid security PKR 20,000. Total estimated procurement value is PKR 2,735,500 with total bid security PKR 54,710. Bidders must be actively registered with income tax, sales tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and other relevant registration authorities. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure shall apply and bids remain valid for 90 days. Samples for Lot 1 are available for inspection and sealed sample boxes are required for technical evaluation. Successful bidder must provide items within 15 days after issuance of purchase or supply order or LOI.
