Description
Construction of Green House for Horticulture Agency, Nankana Sahib. Estimated cost is 1.196 million and earnest money is Rs. 59,831, representing 5 percent of estimated cost. Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure shall be followed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in the relevant category for Financial Year 2026-27. Bid security must be deposited through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Incomplete, wrongly filled or unfilled bids and incorrectly completed BOQs will be treated as non-responsive. Completion time is 45 days after issuance of work order and penalties may apply for delay.
