Lining Water Channels Irrigation Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for lining of water channels for irrigation during Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated cost is PKR 10,000,000 and bid security at 5 percent is PKR 500,000. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall apply under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders must have valid NTN/STRN, Punjab Sales Tax Registration where applicable, and be placed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is not accepted. Bidders must quote for the entire 100 percent quantity and evaluation and comparison will be carried out as a whole. Prices must include applicable taxes, freight, installation and commissioning, with no negotiations permitted.
