Framework Contract Stationery Printing Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of stationery and printing items for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated cost is PKR 10,000,000 and bid security is 2 percent of the estimated cost. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be conducted under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security must be provided in the prescribed form with minimum validity of 180 days, issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan, with a copy attached to the Technical Bid and original security submitted before technical bid opening. Bids will be technically evaluated according to the stated criteria and only technically responsive bidders will proceed.
