Purchases for establishment of a Post-Entry Quarantine Facility for Financial Year 2026-27 comprising three lots: Lot 1 machinery and equipment including deep freezer, insect solar light traps, lab cooling units and safety cabinet, quantity 28, estimated cost PKR 5,260,000 and bid security PKR 263,000; Lot 2 utilities and consumables including primers and ELISA kit, quantity 03, estimated cost PKR 583,000 and bid security PKR 29,150; Lot 3 lab security and supporting infrastructure materials for operationalization of the Post-Entry Quarantine Facility, quantity 09, estimated cost PKR 4,376,500 and bid security PKR 218,825. Total estimated cost is PKR 10,219,500 with total bid security PKR 510,975. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall apply. Bid security of 5 percent must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and physical financial instruments including CDR, Pay Order and Bank Guarantee are not accepted. Bidders must bid for the entire 100 percent quantity and prices must include applicable taxes, freight, installation and commissioning. Conditional or incomplete bids are not accepted and evaluation is carried out as a whole.
