Description
Supply of equipment for NRPU Research Project No. 169279-131 under Tender No. UE/S&T/NRPU No. 169279-131. E-procurement bids are invited on item-wise basis from firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including income tax and sales tax. The estimated amount is Rs. 3.388 million and bid security is 2 percent of the estimated cost, deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure will be followed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost through PPRA, Punjab E-Procurement System and University of Education website. E-bids are to be submitted by 12 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM. A duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper must be uploaded with the bid and may be required in original for physical verification. Bid validity is 90 days.
