Procurement Engine Gear Oils Buses Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of engine oil, gear oil and differential oil for University of Gujrat buses on framework rate contract for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 11,400,000 with 2 percent bid security amounting to Rs. 228,000. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids are invited from reputable firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax, PST and GST with active taxpayer profile and adequate experience. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and physical financial instruments including CDR, Pay Order and Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. E-bids must be submitted online by 13 October 2026 at 01:30 PM and opened at 02:00 PM.
