Hiring of a testing agency for recruitment of staff for the Punjab Provincial Transport Authority Lahore. The expected collection of registration fees is Rs. 110,920,000 and bid security is 2 percent amounting to Rs. 2,218,400. Interested firms and testing agencies must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA website, registered with sales tax and income tax departments, active taxpayers of FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, and possess sufficient managerial, technical and financial capabilities. Applicants must not be blacklisted, debarred or involved in litigation with any public or private institution and must satisfy the evaluation criteria. Bidding documents must be submitted through e-PADS by 12 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Digital bid security must be provided through a Digital Bank Guarantee issued and transmitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, with physical securities not accepted. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding shall be adopted and financial bids evaluated on least cost basis.
