Construction Media Walls Smart Led Installation Tender Notice
Description
Construction of media walls for installation of interactive smart LED in Academic Departments with an estimated cost of Rs. 1.45 million and earnest money of Rs. 29,000, representing 2 percent. The completion time is 2 months. Encrypted electronic bids are invited under Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active tax bidders registered with Federal and Provincial tax authorities, Punjab E-Procurement System and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category C-6 and above with specialization code CE-10. Bidding documents are available free of cost through Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA website. Completed and signed and stamped bids without cutting or overwriting must be submitted online through Punjab E-Procurement System by 2026-10-12 before 10:30 AM and bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual, telephonic or conditional bids will not be entertained. Bidders must provide attested CNIC of owner, PEC registration certificate, active income tax and Punjab sales tax status proof, professional tax proof, non-blacklisting affidavit, authority letter and attested CNIC of authorized person before opening, with scanned copies attached to the electronic bid. Rates must be quoted against each DNIT/BOQ item and rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages must be completely filled; incomplete financial bids will be non-responsive. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and physical financial instruments including CDR will not be accepted.
