Provision of cloth washing services for boarders of a Government Secondary Institute for the Blind. Estimated value is Rs. 1,000,000 and bid security is 5 percent of the total estimated value in the form of a Call Deposit from a scheduled bank. Bidders must be registered for Sales Tax, Income Tax and Punjab e-Procurement and must submit technical and financial bids through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The call deposit must be uploaded electronically and the original submitted before closing. Bidders must provide certified identification, General Sales Tax and Income Tax registration documents and acceptance of tender terms. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of the total store value.
