Rehabilitation of 2.30 km road from Hifazti Band to Abadi Kholra, Tehsil Jhang, District Jhang. Estimated DNIT cost is Rs. 18.318 million and bid security is Rs. 0.920 million, approximately 5 percent of the estimated cost. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must have a valid renewed Pakistan Engineering Council license for Financial Year 2026-27 in the relevant category or codes and registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be submitted through digital online payment, while physical CDR, Pay Order, Draft, Cashier Cheque and similar instruments are not accepted. Performance security or guarantee is 10 percent of the contract amount and must be submitted digitally within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter. Item rates and totals must be quoted in the financial proposal; percentage rates above or below the estimated or DNIT cost are non-responsive. Rigid pavement must use concrete batching and paving machinery, TST, DST and surfacing must use mechanized systems, and successful contractors claims shall be processed electronically through the Digital Measurement Book. No price variation or cost overrun under the contract is admissible.
