Wireless Communication Equipment Towers Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of wireless communication equipment under the development project Chief Minister Wildlife Rescue Force. The procurement comprises 43 sets of walkie talkies along with 03 long-range towers for field vehicles. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from reputed firms, companies, bidders and sole proprietors. An e-bid must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal by 13 October 2026 at 10:00 AM, and technical proposals will be opened at 10:30 AM the same day. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement Portal mechanism by generation of PSID in favor of the Project Incharge, Chief Minister Wildlife Rescue Force, with proof attached to the technical proposal. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab PPRA and e-Procurement websites.
