Transmission Line Conductor 220kv Lines Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 448 km of ACSR Rail Conductor for 220kV transmission lines associated with the 500/220kV Sialkot and 220kV Arifwala substations under AFD Loan financing. The procurement will use AFD Single Stage One Envelope Open Competitive Bidding and is open to bidders from eligible countries. Bidding documents are available in English against a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 or USD equivalent, with additional delivery charges where applicable. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20 October 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of Director General Procurement NGC, Shaheen Complex, Lahore. Bids must be delivered by 27 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM the same day. The manufacturer must have at least five years manufacturing experience for similar goods, experience of at least two similar supply contracts during the last ten years, and goods of similar or higher rating and capacity must have operated satisfactorily for at least three continuous years. Non-manufacturer bidders must provide manufacturer authorization. Delivery period is 150 days for CIP Karachi or EXW Pakistan from contract signing.
