Procurement of hydraulic and lubricant oils through sealed quotations and local purchase using the Single Stage Two Envelope system from interested manufacturers and traders. Required items include Hydraulic Oil S2MX46 or equivalent - 1,881 litres - Hydraulic Oil S2VX46 or equivalent - 209 litres - Cutting Oil Lactuca LT3000 or equivalent - 418 litres - and Air Compressor Oil S2 P100 or equivalent - 209 litres. Tender specifications and detailed terms and conditions are available under Tender Enquiry No. 04-LP-Hydraulic & Lubricant Oils-PUR-SGAF-2026-27 dated 16 September 2026.
