Solar Hybrid System Procurement Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under PSDP No. 1790 Z2026.1059 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be present in the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, must have active Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, must have completed one assignment of similar nature, and must demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 17,500,000 in three subsequent previous years. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 and above up to PKR 25 million under relevant category and specialized codes EE11(i) Solar and EE11(iii) Solar Energy System, and must have completed one similar Solar Hybrid System assignment in the government sector during the last three years. Bid security of 2% must be submitted through Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in favor of the designated authority. Tender documents are available from the office and BPPRA website during working days from publication until opening. Bids must be submitted by 12 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day.
