Security Services Model Cattle Markets Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of security services for Model Cattle Market Niamoana, Faisalabad requiring 04 guards and Model Cattle Market Jhang City, Jhang requiring 12 guards. The procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure and eligible registered security services companies or firms must submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 15 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically at 10:30 AM on the same day. Bid security of 5% of the estimated price is required through the prescribed digital or Bank Guarantee mechanism. Bidders must possess a valid security services license or registration, valid NTN and Active STRN/PRA registration and comply with specified eligibility criteria. Rates must include applicable taxes, statutory contributions, minimum wage, EOBI, PESSI and labour law costs. Bid validity is 90 days from closing.
