Medical Equipment And Fire Safety System Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical equipment, surgical instruments and hospital fire safety works for the financial year 2026-27 on F.O.R. basis. Items include Serni-Automated Chemistry Analyzer with estimated cost of 01 million, instrument set for General Paeds Surgery at 06 million, Ultrasonic Dissector at 2.4 million, Sigmoidoscope at 01 million, Nerve Stimulator at 0.6 million, Diathermy Machine at 4.2 million, Suction Machine at 0.8 million, installation of a new fire safety system for the independent building covering Laundry, CSSD, RSU, Pathology, Dialysis Unit, Thalassemia, Oncology Day Care, Blood Bank and Radiology at 08 million, and supply and installation of fire dampers for HVAC of the hospital at 6.4 million. Pre-bid meetings are scheduled at 11:00 AM on 29 September 2026 for items 1 to 7 and 30 September 2026 for items 8 and 9. E-bid submission is by 09:30 AM on 20 October 2026 and opening is at 10:00 AM the same day. Procurement shall follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a). Financial offers must include applicable taxes and conditional or tax-exclusive offers will be rejected.
