Description
Repair of Water Supply Turbine at Babar Road, Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan for implementation of the Budget Allocation 2026-27. The estimated cost of the scheme is Rs. 5.84 million. The Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Process shall be followed. Eligible contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes for financial year 2026-27. The estimate has been prepared on the basis of MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 and non-scheduled items at local market rates. Bidding documents must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 15-10-2026 at 12:00 PM and bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through CDR in favour of Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan, with the original CDR submitted to the Tender Opening Committee by 1:00 PM on the same day. Conditional tenders will not be entertained and selection will be on the least cost basis. Forged documents or CDR may result in disqualification and legal action. Successful bidders quoting more than 4.99% below the technically sanctioned estimated cost must deposit additional performance security within the stipulated period.
