Dietary Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The lots comprise Wheat Products with estimated tender amount Rs. 10,966,256 and bid security Rs. 109,663 - Pulses with estimated amount Rs. 2,599,800 and bid security Rs. 25,998 - Sugar with estimated amount Rs. 1,874,737 and bid security Rs. 18,747 - Egg with estimated amount Rs. 1,906,346 and bid security Rs. 19,063 - Chicken with estimated amount Rs. 3,061,836 and bid security Rs. 30,618 - Fresh Milk with estimated amount Rs. 10,294,944 and bid security Rs. 102,949. Experienced and financially sound businesses and enterprises registered with Sales Tax where required and Income Tax Departments are eligible. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure shall apply and technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Participation through the portal is compulsory. Bids must be submitted by 15-10-2026 at 10:00 AM and technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Bid security is 1% of the estimated cost and may be submitted in the form of CDR, DD or PO. Pro Tip: The procurement covers institutional food supplies including wheat products, pulses, sugar, eggs, chicken and fresh milk under a multi-lot dietary items framework contract.
