Description
Provision and installation of CCTV cameras along with electric backup and internet facility at the Regulation Store situated near City Bus Adda, Sikenderia Colony, Metropolitan Corporation Lahore. The estimated cost inclusive of taxes is Rs. 1,745,417 and bid security is 3% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 52,363, with completion required within 15 days. The system comprises one 16-channel NVR, eleven 8-MP cameras, one two-way voice camera, five 4-port PoE switches, four waterproof junction boxes, two 2-TB hard drives, five Cat-6 copper wire coils, one equipment cabinet, 50 connectors, five power cable coils, installation charges, three 4-inch iron poles, one 750-watt UPS, one 140 Ah battery, one 32-inch LCD, one TV wall bracket and one 20 MB internet connection device with six-month charges. Income Tax and Sales Tax registered contractors and firms are eligible. Procurement shall use Open Competitive Bidding through a Single Stage One Envelope procedure and evaluation shall be on least cost of a single unit. Bid security must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be uploaded by 12-10-2026 at 10:30 AM and opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
