Rehabilitation of the sewerage system with disposal pump and upgradation of the water supply system in the Judicial Complex Layyah, together with construction, maintenance and repair works included in the tender schedule. The schemes comprise rehabilitation of sewerage and water supply systems with DNIT cost Rs. 43,434,317 and earnest money Rs. 2,171,716 - construction of 12 classrooms and 4 washrooms at Government Graduate College Karor, Layyah with DNIT cost Rs. 25,539,539 and earnest money Rs. 1,276,977 - maintenance and repair to District Jail Layyah with cost Rs. 2,090,066 and earnest money Rs. 104,503 - maintenance and repair to Association Barracks in District Jail Layyah with cost Rs. 2,139,972 and earnest money Rs. 107,000 - maintenance and repair to PWD Colony Layyah with cost Rs. 750,424 and earnest money Rs. 37,522 - maintenance and repair to Wahdat Colony Layyah with cost Rs. 1,837,922 and earnest money Rs. 91,896 - maintenance and repair to Judicial Complex Layyah with cost Rs. 2,154,665 and earnest money Rs. 107,733 - maintenance and repair to Judicial Colony Layyah with cost Rs. 2,155,092 and earnest money Rs. 107,755 - maintenance and repair to Deputy Director Colleges Layyah with cost Rs. 1,883,360 and earnest money Rs. 94,168 - maintenance and repair to DC Camp Office and adjoining offices Layyah with cost Rs. 2,584,291 and earnest money Rs. 129,215. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes for financial year 2026-27 may participate. Bid security of 5% must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual or physical bids and banking instruments are not accepted. Contractors must quote item rates against each BOQ item and total amounts and grand totals. Bids must be submitted online by 14-10-2026 before 12:00 PM and rates will be announced at 12:30 PM. The lowest evaluated bidder for Serial Nos. 01 and 02 must submit performance guarantee up to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter.
