Streets Drains Retaining Wall Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of street and drains with other allied works from the house of Arshad Hussain Shah to the house of Muhammad Ali Shah in Village Pinwal, Tehsil and District Chakwal, and construction of streets, drains and retaining wall with other allied works at Village Rabal, Tehsil and District Chakwal. The estimated costs are Rs. 1.158 million and Rs. 15.00 million respectively, with bid securities of Rs. 57,900 and Rs. 750,000 respectively. Eligible contractors must be registered on the E-P System and must comply with the applicable procurement requirements. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 12-10-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the District Council Chakwal. Bid security must be submitted electronically by the closing time. Item-wise rates must be clearly quoted. Additional performance security of 10% of the contract amount is required where the lowest bidder rate is equal to or less than 5% of the estimated cost, in accordance with the Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017. Incomplete, ambiguous, corrupted, unsigned or unstamped bids will be rejected.
