Description
Installation of street light poles and lights from Bank Chowk to Shakoor Khel Masjid on Sher Shah Suri Road, Municipal Committee Daud Khel. The estimated amount is Rs. 23,000,000 and earnest money is Rs. 1,150,000 representing 5% of the estimated amount. Eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category and codes. Procurement shall be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope method. Bidders must submit digital bid security for the relevant lot, quote rates item-wise, scan the complete bid and upload it electronically. Bids must be submitted by 15-10-2026 at 12:30 PM and will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM. Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, altered, overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected. Evaluation will be based on Total Bid Price using Least Cost Selection and the contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated or least cost bidder. The successful bidder must conduct required quality control tests at its own expense.
