Description
Construction of Park Village Chorund, Mandi Bahauddin under the Annual Development Program 2026-27 through the Punjab E-Procurement System using a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. The estimated cost is Rs. 3,109,000 and earnest money is Rs. 155,450 representing 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible contractors must be registered on e-PADS and with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes. Bidding documents must be uploaded on the e-PADS dashboard by 13-10-2026 at 12:00 PM and bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM. The estimate is based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 and local market rates. The selection method is least cost and conditional tenders will not be entertained. Additional performance or quality assurance security is required where the successful bidder offers a rate more than 4.99% below the technical sanction estimated cost, equal to the difference between the estimated cost and quoted bid amount.
