Procurement of 19,800 plants for roadside plantations with a minimum height of 4-5 feet. The estimated amount is Rs. 4.950 million and earnest money is Rs. 0.247 million representing 5% of the estimated amount, with a completion time of one month. Eligible bidders firms companies contractors and suppliers must have active registration with Income Tax Sales Tax PRA PEC with code CE-10-v and FSC&R Departments together with a valid Professional Tax Certificate for financial year 2026-27. Open Competitive Bidding through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure shall be conducted. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 15-10-2026 at 01:00 PM and opened on the same day at 01:30 PM. Bid security of 5% must be submitted or transferred online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Applications through courier post or email will not be considered. Applicable government taxes will be deducted according to prevailing policies.
